We fully appreciate that no-one likes to find out that what they felt was value for money soon evaporates with a series of expensive delivery and/or installation costs.
It is not our aim to charge more than necessary for our products and services. Our business model is based upon supporting those who are making the change to work from home, being enterprising or just needing space to relax and recuperate.
As transport costs become increasingly expensive we are aiming to be as transparent as possible.
We factor in the cost of a two man installation team, vehicle use, mileage costs and overnight accommodation across longer journeys. Where additional transport charges will apply these are also included. If access is not straightforward, additional installation costs may be charged.

Installation
The e-Den comes with a treated timber base that sits on adjustable feet which makes it easy to install. All you need to do is provide a level area of your garden, the adjustable feet allow for 50mm difference.

Concrete
We can also install on grass and soil but we will need to use other methods to secure the base. Please contact us directly for more information and a no obligation quote.
The location in your garden is important, we will need a minimum space at both sides and the rear of 0.8m for installation, it will also need to be close to an external socket.
If you have limited space we can redesign elements of the unit to make them easier to install in confined spaces, please get in touch to discuss your needs.
