What makes us different to other garden room manufacturers?

  • Unlike traditional builders, we use computer software and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment to design and engineer a personalised and truly bespoke modular product.

  • Our modular design allows a level of flexibility. You can extend your build in the years to come or move it elsewhere entirely.

  • All of our builds use an engineered utility cassette system for construction. This means that the internal wall and external wall are entirely separate to each other with a void between to allow airflow, 100mm of insulation, hidden wiring and weatherproofing systems.

  • We offer a free design service that is specific to your needs. This could be based on the intended use of the room, the space you need or the limitations of your environment. We can even design to meet your preferred budget.

  • Each of our designs can be adapted to perfectly meet your needs. Sizes can be altered, windows and doors can be the size you want and be orientated to where you need them, electrical sockets can be added and moved.

  • We use high-quality products that are designed to last. Every design is based upon efficiency and durability.

  • Our modular building methods provide flexibility during installation. If access is limited, we can  manufacture your unit in smaller component parts as a solution. This even allows us to carry parts through a house.
